Clear Skies Ahead

It was nice to see the sun come out a bit this weekend after the grungy Seattle drizzle that dominated last week. Today started off just as nice but was interrupted by a couple of pop up showers in the area. It appears that these storms were a small holdout from last week's though as this week looks to be sunnier. With the increase in sunshine look for temperatures to warm up slightly this week.

Satellite shows clouds moving out of the area with clearer skies following behind.
Look  for the week ahead to be more cheerful than last week's gloomy drizzle filled days. As the passing cold front ushers in clearer skies that allow for warmer temperatures as the sun can reach the ground. This warm up won't be a huge one though so don't rush to get the shorts out it will probably be safer to stick with pants for the foreseeable future.

Forecast:
Tonight- Clearing skies and a low of 42°F.
Tomorrow- Partly sunny with a high temperature of 64°F. Breezy with 5-7mph winds from the North.
Tomorrow Night- Clear skies allowing the temperature to drop to about 36°F.

Thanks for reading and don't forget a light jacket in the morning!
