Very cool Saturday in store!

Good morning everyone, and thank you for checking out Storm Team for your latest weather information. First of all, lets get to one of the cooler events of the year. Last night, there was snowfall very close to the city, and this is the first time since 1993 that the state has actually seen any snowfall in October. While this was essentially useless and did nothing, it was nice to have it occur. Anyways, this was associated with a very strong trough of cold air that has brought our chances for the first hard freeze of the season with it.
Bowling Green and surrounding communities are under a freeze warning for the overnight hours.

This is the beautiful storm system that has dropped cold air on us.

Look for temps to rise into the mid 40s today, under partly to mostly sunny skies into the afternoon. Temps overnight will tumble into the upper 20s as we have our first hard freeze of the year.

Thats all I have. Thanks for reading!
