We had some beautiful weather
today, but some changes are on the way!
Our high temperatures were in the lower 70s with plenty of
sunshine. Those warm temperatures will
be sticking around for the rest of this work week as a warm front moves through
the area tomorrow. However, rain will
move in with that front late tonight and early tomorrow morning and stick around
through Friday.
This system may even
bring us some thunderstorms during the day tomorrow, and thunderstorms are
likely tomorrow night. As shown in the
graphic below, we are under a marginal risk for severe weather tomorrow. However, if this system turns severe, it is
expected to do so to our west and northwest.
We will keep you up-to-date on Facebook, Twitter, and here on the blog
throughout the day.

Storm Prediction Center Severe Weather Outlook valid from 7:00AM CDT on Thursday to 7:00AM CDT on Friday. |
The cold front on the
back side of this system will bring us some cooler temperatures for the
weekend, but the rain will be moving out by then. So, this weekend will be clear once again,
but temperatures are only expected to be in the upper 50s on Saturday. We will see a slow warm up at the start of
next week, but rain chances will also return.
