We have had plenty of
sunshine and above average temperatures the first half of this week, and it
looks as if the second half will be much the same. As shown in the graphic below, you can expect high
temperatures in the mid 80s once again today under mostly sunny skies. Normally, high temperatures would be in the
mid 70s this time of year. So, we are
running about 10° above average.

The warm trend will
continue for the rest of this week with high temperatures in the mid to even upper
80s. There is a slight chance of thunderstorms
this weekend and at the start of next week.
However, the rest of this week looks rather sunny as a center of high
pressure hangs around off to our east for the next few days.
Forecast: Mostly sunny skies, highs near 85°, and winds out of
the southeast at around 3-6 mph.
