Nice Weekend Ahead

Whether you are on fall break, just ended your fall break, or didn't receive a fall break at all, I hope you've had a great week! With the exception of today, the weather this week has been absolutely beautiful - but it has been a little hot. Temperatures were up to 10° above our climate normal this week, with highs approaching the mid-80s range.

Today has been a different story, however. While the morning started out nice and sunny, a cold front drove in clouds, rain, and much cooler temperatures around lunch time. A few showers may continue into the early overnight hours, but the rest of the weekend looks nice and dry!

As the Tops take on MTSU at home tomorrow, temperatures will be around 60° for tailgating and kickoff, but will top out close to 70° by the end of the game! Our morning may start out a little dreary and overcast, but these clouds will gradually clear, giving way to sunny skies for the afternoon. Overall, tomorrow looks like a great day for some Hilltopper football! Temperatures tomorrow night will dip into the low 40s under mostly clear skies.

As for Sunday, a return to southerly flow will cause temperatures to begin to climb back to a seasonable degree. Highs will reach the low to mid-70s across our area on Sunday; this in combination with sunny skies, will make for a beautiful end to the week!
