Football, Frost, and Forecast Oh My!

Good Saturday evening to all of you across south central Kentucky and Bowling Green. We have experienced a cooler day today behind that cold front that worked through the region, and now it feels like fall! Temperatures here in Bowling Green have only reached 61° for our high, but the good news is that we will see the 70s return rather quickly!

Before we get to the 70s, we have to get through a cool night tonight with a Frost Advisory in effect! This frost advisory is due to the cool temperatures we are going to see tonight in the lower 30s, clear skies, and a light wind becoming more calm in the evening. If you are headed out to the WKU football game tonight, be sure to bundle up!

Frost Advisory until Sunday @ 8AM.

WKU takes on UAB in the second home game of the season! Lets get ready to cheer on the Tops during this fall-like weather game! Go Tops!

Once the frost advisory expires tomorrow, we will see sunny skies but rain chances will stick in the forecast due to some small disturbances! Be sure to read the blog tomorrow night, for a more detailed look at your rain chances to start the week!

Forecast

Tonight: Frost is possible with a low of 34° and calm winds! Bundle up! Go Tops!

Tomorrow: Mostly sunny with a high of 70° and a isolated shower is possible (20%).

Tomorrow Night: Warmer, Low of 50°, with mostly cloudy skies and some showers possible (30%).

Enjoy Folks! Stay Warm!
