Very warm Monday ahead!

Good Monday morning to all, and thanks for checking into WKU Storm Team for your morning weather. As you are heading out, we are looking at temps in the lower 60s, and it is a bit breezy. We'll be deeply entrenched within the warm sector of a stronger low pressure system moving to our north. Because of this, we will likely be seeing strong wind gusts throughout the day, and temps approaching record levels within the southwesterly flow at the surface. Hold onto your hats!
Don't expect this tomorrow, but just in case....make sure to secure all lose objects outside! (from giphy.com)

Temperatures are looking to head into the mid 80's this afternoon, but I wouldn't be surprised to see temps actually make it into the upper 80's. The record high for today was set back in 1919 at 87 degrees.

Well, that is all I have for you, folks! Take care, and have a great Monday!
