Slight Warm-Up Today

We will finally see a bit of a break from this bitter cold today!  Although temperatures will still be about 10° below average, it looks as if today will bring us the warmest temperatures we have seen in over a week with highs in the mid to upper 40s.  As shown in the graphic below, a warm front will be making its way through our area this morning.  The passage of this front is bringing us some strong southerly winds as well as warmer temperatures for the rest of today.  However, there is another cold front right behind it that will move through tonight and send us back into the upper 30s for tomorrow.  We’ll have the details on that tonight.

Forecast:  Partly cloudy skies, highs near 47°, and winds out of the SSW at around 10-18 mph.

Thanks for reading, and have a great day!
