Colder and Clearer Tuesday Ahead

Good Morning!

Yesterday saw a significant drop in temperature compared to the weekend's temperatures. Today, it will get a little colder, with highs nearing the upper-30s by the mid-afternoon. Wind speeds won't affect the wind chill too much because the highest gusts only expected to get up to 8 mph.

However, the best news to compliment that is we should get a break from the clouds today. The clouds that have stuck around our area the past few days will finally be clearing out, giving opportunities for sunshine. With these clouds clearing, we expect a very chilly evening, with highs in the mid-20s.

Temperature readings for 3:00 in the afternoon today show the 40 degree mark
just to the southeast of Bowling Green.
Most of this week will stay somewhat chilly, but we could see a brief warm-up Saturday. We'll update you as the week goes on.

Hoping everybody has been enjoying this holiday season!
