Today will be just a bit
warmer than you would expect for early February. As shown in the graphic below, high temperatures will be in the
low 50s when they would normally be in the upper 40s. However, a cold front is on its way, and temperatures
will be well below average tomorrow with highs in the low 30s! That cold front will also bring us a chance
for a little bit of snow tonight.

High temperature forecast for Wednesday, February 4th courtesy of NWS Louisville. |
We have just a few high
clouds across the area this morning.
However, as that cold front draws nearer, clouds will begin to increase throughout
the day. The cold front is expected to
actually pass through the Bowling Green area around 6:00 tonight, and the light
snow that will follow it is expected to impact us late this evening.
Any snow that does fall
could potentially stick and bring minor accumulations. However, the precipitation with this system
is expected to be rather light due to a lack of moisture. We may see a dusting to an inch of snow from
this system, and there could be slick spots on the road late tonight and
tomorrow morning.
We will have more details
on your snow chances this evening. Today
should be a rather mild day until then.
Forecast: Increasing clouds, highs near 52°, and winds out of
the southwest at around 5-10 mph.
Thanks for reading, and
have a great day!
