It was a beautiful day
across the entire region today!
Temperatures rose even higher than expected under abundant
sunshine. Bowling Green topped out at
71° this afternoon. Our average high
temperature for this time of year is 73°.
So, today actually turned out pretty seasonable.
Tomorrow will be just a
bit cooler under mostly cloudy skies. As
shown in the graphic below, there is a chance of scattered showers, and
possibly a thunderstorm, during the day tomorrow as a weak cold front moves
through our area. However, once that
front moves through, high pressure will build in behind it and leave us clear
and dry on Friday. We will then stay dry
under a mix of sun and clouds on into next week. After the fourth wettest April
on record for Bowling Green, all that sunshine will be a welcomed break from
the rain.

to make it into the mid to upper 60s. However, Friday will bring temperatures in the upper 60s and low 70s, and this
weekend we will see temperatures well into the 70s. Next week, temperatures may even break
the 80° mark! We just have to get past
the cooler temperatures and scattered showers of tomorrow.
