Thursday Cold Front On the Way

Light snow fell overnight and into this morning for Allen and Barren counties, and it was enough to close area school systems and delay the opening WKU's Glasgow campus. Other than that, sunshine has dominated the morning as well as temperatures in the 20s and 30s.

Don't let that fool you.

Clouds and winds will pick up a bit, as well as more in the way of snow showers as another arctic front rolls through here around the lunch time hours. This will send afternoon temperatures way down.

Tonight's lows could be in the teens after the front rolls through.

With March only days away, Mother Nature is sure to remind us that winter is still around.

Have a good one, and stay warm this afternoon.
